How subscriptions work?
Subscriptions are automatically renewed according to your selected delivery interval and your flowers will be automatically delivered by Lilies Floral Design after each successful renewal.
For example, if you started a monthly subscription, then the system will automatically charge your credit card each month and you will get your Seasonal Blooms to your doorstep each month, without the need to place the order by yourself!
Choose to have flowers delivered to your home or sent as a gift to a loved one.
Can I pause or cancel a subscription?
Yes, of course!! You can pause or cancel a subscription any time you want in the customer portal, as seen in the screenshot below. The only time when the subscription can't be cancelled is if you started a subscription which requires a certain number of payments before you can cancel it.
The customer portal can be accessed through the magic link you received in the email that was sent to you when you placed an initial subscription order in the shop Lilies Floral Design. You can also access your subscriptions if you create an account.
How can I skip or reschedule a charge?
You can skip or reschedule the charge in the customer portal. Each scheduled delivery will have a Skip payment button next to it, which you can use to skip the charge. You can reschedule the charge by clicking on the Reschedule button next to the delivery date.
Do you always send exactly the flowers in the photo?
We handpick the freshest stems available—always guided by quality and seasonality.
While your bouquet may not always look exactly like the photo, it will always reflect the
same beauty and spirit. Just like God’s creations in the field, no two are ever exactly
alike—and that’s part of the blessing.
When substitutions are necessary, we thoughtfully select flowers that maintain the heart
and harmony of the design. We never compromise on freshness, quality, or the
message of joy your flowers are meant to bring.
How can I see what flowers are coming up?
Most of our customers love the element of surprise—it’s like opening a little miracle
every time.
Can I opt out of specific flowers?
At this time, we don’t offer custom arrangements—but each weekly design is
thoughtfully created to showcase seasonal beauty and value.
If you have allergies or pets, we do offer a lily-free option for the standard box. While we
can’t guarantee the complete absence of all allergens, lilies are the most commonly
requested omission, and we’re happy to leave them out.

What if I want to send flowers during a difficult time (like illness or loss)?
Sending flowers during sorrow or struggle is one of the most meaningful gifts you can
give. Whether it’s a sympathy bouquet, a get-well arrangement, or just a “thinking of
you,” your gesture can remind someone of God’s presence and comfort.
If you’d like, we can include a comforting Bible verse or prayer message—just let us
know when ordering.
