Sending Flowers QA
Can I include a personal message with my order?
Yes! Every bouquet includes a free handwritten note—your words, beautifully
expressed. Whether it's a birthday wish, words of encouragement, or a verse from
Scripture, your message will be delivered with love.
We believe every flower we send is part of a bigger purpose—to share God’s love in
moments big and small. If you’d like to add a Bible verse or blessing, we’ll gladly include in your note.
Can I send flowers anonymously?
Of course. If you prefer to remain anonymous, simply leave the "From" field blank when
placing your order. The recipient will receive your gift without sender information—but
still wrapped in kindness and beauty.
And even when the sender is unknown, the message is clear: You are seen. You are
loved. You are not alone.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
Don’t worry—we’ve got it covered! If the recipient isn’t home when the flowers arrive,
we’ll:
1. Leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded spot near the door, or
2. With a neighbor (if available), or
3. Attempt redelivery if needed (additional fees may apply)
We always aim to treat each delivery with care and intention, just like it was going to
our own family.
Can I schedule a delivery for a special day?
Yes! We offer scheduled deliveries Monday through Saturday. Simply select your
desired date during checkout. For holidays and peak times, we recommend ordering
early to reserve your spot.
Each delivery is a chance to plant seeds of faith and joy—and we’re honored to be part
of your special moments.
What if I want to send flowers during a difficult time (like illness or loss)?
Sending flowers during sorrow or struggle is one of the most meaningful gifts you can
give. Whether it’s a sympathy bouquet, a get-well arrangement, or just a “thinking of
you,” your gesture can remind someone of God’s presence and comfort.
If you’d like, we can include a comforting Bible verse or prayer message—just let us
know when ordering.
